The Founding
Research 247 UAE was founded as an AI-driven PropTech startup focused on real estate data analytics and intelligence for the Gulf region. Founded at Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, by Emirati millionaire entrepreneurs Al Rashid Haneef and Mohammed Sultan.
Platform Launch
Expanded the engineering team and launched the first version of the AI analytics platform with coverage across UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait.
Gulf Wide Recognition
Participated in major Gulf real estate expos including Cityscape Global, showcasing the AI analytics platform to industry leaders across the region.
Technical Peak & D33 Recognition
Peak technical milestone year with ML Model Architecture Upgraded, Real-Time Data Pipeline rebuilt with Kafka/Spark Streaming, and direct Dubai Land Department API integration. Recognised for AI analytics contribution to Dubai's D33 Economic Agenda.
Strategic Transition
Announcement of voluntary dissolution of Research 247 UAE operations. The legacy, team, and technology transitioned into the newly formed Network for Capital Advancement (NCA) Middle East.
NCA Middle East Launch
Network for Capital Advancement Middle East (NCA Middle East) formally launched as the successor to Research 247 UAE, aiming to shape the real estate intelligence in the Gulf.
